Overview:

Admission Advisors advise, educate, consult, sell and support qualified potential students in achieving their professional and personal goals by enrolling in one of our Certificate and non-degree programs. Student leads are provided. They are monitored on things such as outbound calls, inbound calls, lead contact activity, completed applications, attitude, working relationships and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to work flexible part time hours Monday- Friday and come to the office. Hours would be 5am-12pm.
  • Must become knowledge experts in Gatlin International’s course offerings
  • Receive and follow-up on potential students via phone through the Call Center and via email
  • Manage and advise potential students via Bold and Live Chat
  • Assist potential students with course related questions and the enrollment process
  • Input all student leads into Salesforce CRM
  • Enter all notes, activities and follow up tasks in Salesforce CRM
  • Perform mass mailings to potential students 1 to 2 times a month
  • Create weekly Reports of activities and opportunities based on weekly and monthly conversion goals
  • Collaborate with other staff and Supervisors to report concerns or make suggestions for improvements based on your daily activity and use of the system
  • Handles other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service, account management or relationship sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and sales experience helpful but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills required
  • Ability to stay organized and work in a fast paced environment
  • Previous admission work
  • Must be a team player and a self-starter
  • Able to work alone without supervision
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
